Do you offer refunds?

If our system cannot find any records for your vehicle, you won't be charged. We only charge for successfully generated reports.

How does Mpesa payment work?

After selecting your plan, you'll receive an STK push notification on your phone. Simply enter your PIN to approve. The report is generated instantly after payment.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. All prices shown are exclusive of 16% Kenya VAT, which is added at checkout. The total amount including VAT is clearly displayed before you pay.
